Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A low-pressure system in the lower levels of the atmosphere mainly over the Windward Islands, will generate unsettled conditions during the next 24 hours from Guadeloupe to St. Vincent and to a lesser extent Barbados. Skies across these areas will be mostly cloudy with periods of showers mixed with rain. The rest of the area will see generally settled weather and high pressure will be the main weather feature. Additionally, a moderate to fresh trade wind flow will cause seas to be slightly elevated.
