St. Kitts records first road fatality for 2013

ZIZ News..Feb 10 2013—Police in Sandy Point are investigating the first road fatality for 2013.

It happened on Saturday afternoon in Fig Tree Sandy Point.

According to reports, motorcyclist Lesford Ryan who is originally from Montserrat and resided in Sandy Point lost control of his cycle and ran into a post causing his death.

A large crowd gathered at the scene when the news spread of the accident.

Investigations are continuing.
