Rawlins Charged With Two Warrants

Basseterre, St. Kitts, April 19, 2019 (RSCNPF): Police formally charged Elmoth Rawlins of Hermitage Road, Old Road with two warrants on April 18, 2019.

Rawlins was charged with the offenses of Attempted Murder and Wounding with Intent for an incident that took place on April 15, 2019 at his home.
