Police Updates (March 27, 2014)

Eusatce Hodge of Upper Monkey Hill was formally arrested and charged for Disorderly Conduct By Fighting and Being Armed With An Offensive Weapon, which were committed on 25th March 2014.

Damien Scott of Stapleton was formally arrested and charged for Disorderly Conduct By Fighting, which was committed on 25th March 2014.

 

Andra Phillip of Josiah’s Bay, Tortola was formally arrested and charged for Driving Without A Valid Driver’s Licence and Insurance, which were committed on 25th March 2014.

A juvenile was formally arrested and charged for the two (2) counts of Larceny, which were as committed on 22nd March 2014.

Court Convictions 

District “C” Magistrate’s Court 

Saskia Mills of New Castle was convicted for Larceny, which was committed on 14th July 2013, and fined $1500.00 to which is to be paid in two (2) months or in default will serve one (1) month in prison with hard labour.

Tessana Browne of Gingerland was convicted for Larceny, which was committed on 14th July 2013 at Valu Mart Supermarket, and fined $1500.00 which is to be paid in one (1) month or in default will serve one (1) month in prison with hard labour.

Dwight Richards of Stoney Grove was convicted for Larceny, which was committed between 28th and 30th June 2013, and fined $10, 000.00 which is to be paid in four (4) months or in default will serve one (1) year in prison with hard labour.
