Police charge suspect in Clement Mills case

Basseterre, St. Kitts, April 26, 2020 (RSCNPF): Dania Phipps of Saddlers has been charged for the murder of Clement Mills of Parson Ground.

Phipps, who is 33 years old, was charged on Sunday, April 26. The offence was committed on April 22.

Resident Pathologist Dr. Adrian Nunez performed an autopsy on Mills’ body on April 25. Dr. Nunez concluded that death was as a result of severe brain injury due to a gunshot wound to the head.
