One arrested and charged for murder
Basseterre, St. Kitts, April 26, 2020 (ZIZ News): The police have arrested and charged a man from Saddlers for the fatal shooting in Parson’s late last week.
Divisional Commander of District “A” superintendent Cromwell Henry made the announcement during Sunday’s Daily COVID-19 Briefing.
“The Police have formally arrested and charged Dania Phipps of Saddlers for the murder of 22 year old Clement Mills of Parsons. Mills was fatally shot at his home at Parsons Village at about 9 pm on April 22nd. The police wish to thank those who assisted in any way in this investigation and continue to solicit your support in police operations,” he said.
According to a police report, the autopsy determined that the cause of death was severe brain injury due to a gunshot wound to the head.
