No Christmas Pardons For Guyanese Prisoners This Yuletide Season

President David Granger delivered some disappointing news for prisoners hoping to get the Christmas gift of a presidential pardon this year. There will be none this time around.

And it’s not because he has lost the spirit of forgiveness. Granger says it’s simply because no one has qualified for the privilege.
