New Miss Black San Bang-A-Lang Crowned
ZIZ News — Desiree Herbert is Miss Black San Bang-A-Lang 2014.
On Sunday evening, six ladies vied for the crown of the LIME Miss Black San Bang-A-Lang Swimwear Pageant 2014.
Desiree Herbert was crowned queen after winning the Best Vintage Swimsuit and Best Body Paint segments with a total of 854 points.
1st runner up was Royesha Demming who captured the Best Carib Beer swimsuit and Best Creative Swimsuit segments with a total of 840 points.
With a total of 801 points Nicola Clarke placed 2nd runner up.
Also competing were Unoma Allen, winner of the Amity And The Chairman’s Award, Nakila Watson who won the Popular Award and Cherrissa Maynard.
The Black San Bang-A-Lang Swimwear Pageant is part of the Black San Bang-A-Lang Festival staged during the month of April in Sandy Point.
