Marina village project underway

ZIZ News—28th August, 2013–Meanwhile, officials at Christophe Harbour say the Marina Village Project is already underway.

Founder of Christophe Harbour, Buddy Darby told the media that dredging has begun. He said it’s normally a slow process but it’s progressing smoothly.

Darby said they’ve also sent out bids for contracts to construct the framework of the Marina Village

Darby says hopefully construction of the bulkhead will begin by the end of the year.

And the first phase of the marina is expected to be opened by the 2015 tourism season.
