The Jamaica Promotions Corporation (JAMPRO), a government agency tasked with promoting foreign inward investment to Jamaica, may have implicated the Jamaican diplomatic corps in Washington, DC, in what appears to be a blatant attempt to suppress freedom of speech and the press.
