Human Remains Found at Belmont Estate

ZIZ News…July 2, 2013 — On Sunday 30th June 2013, Police officers of St. Paul Police Station, The Violent Crime Unit, and other police officers responded to a report of human remains found at Belmont Estate.

Initial investigation revealed that a villager was passing an abandoned Estate House and smelt a foul scent, and upon investigation the remains were found. The remains were identified to be that of 52 year old, Kennedy Everton Phipps alias “Kjauni” of Leader’s Avenue, St. Paul Village.

The body was found in an advance state of decomposition and a Post Mortem will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
