Governor General approves recommendations of PSC

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, OCTOBER 10H 2011 (CUOPM) – His Excellency the Governor General, Dr. Sir Cuthbert Sebastian, has approved the recommendation of the Public Service Commission (PSC) that Mr. Elvis Newton, the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health and Social Services be transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Homeland Security and Labour.
Mrs. Astona Browne, former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Security, Labour and Social Security has been transferred to the Ministry of the Prime Minister as Permanent Secretary.
