Former KSS Contestant Wins French Singing Competition

(ZIZ News) Former Kittitian Superstar Junior contestant Turquoisa Henry has won the 2019 French Singing Competition hosted by the Alliance Francaise.

The finals were held on Saturday evening at the old Girl’s School.

First runner up went to Miguel Oguis. He won a one week trip to Martinique.

Second runner up went to Jutambien Kelly.

Miss Henry performed “Pour Que Tu M’aimes Encore” by Celine Dion and as the winner she received a one week trip to Guadeloupe.

Fifteen finalists took part in the competition. They were given the opportunity to participate in a French Cultural and Language Workshop at Alliance Française in St. Kitts and in Nevis for one year as part of the long term commitment of this competition to benefit the community.
