CIBC FirstCaribbean toasts its staff on Employee Appreciation Day

Basseterre, St.Kitts, 4th June, 2018 – In keeping with its objective to voice and demonstrate appreciation for the dedication of its staff, CIBC FirstCaribbean celebrated its employees recently as the bank marked its annual Employee Appreciation Day held on May 15th 2018.

Members of staff from both the Basseterre and Charlestown branches were treated to a series of gifts and surprises from management. Additionally staff took the opportunity to surprise their colleagues with gifts and treats to record their appreciation for each other and more importantly to foster team spirit.

“The bank has so much to be grateful for due to the immense commitment and dedication demonstrated by staff on a daily basis. This day was an absolute success as several employees have expressed their appreciation for these small gestures. That in and of itself makes it worthwhile,” said Country Manager, Andre Cadogan.

The day culminated in staff being granted a much anticipated half-day holiday by management.

The celebration was led by the bank’s parent CIBC Canada and involved all the banks businesses across the 17 countries in which CIBC FirstCaribbean operates.
