Big Splash down planned for VPL Finals

Sports Page — Chief coordinator of the Village Premier league (VPL), Michael WISE Herbert has indicated that the finals for the league which is scheduled for Sunday 21st December will have a fantastic climax.

Apart from the fact that the two best teams of the league will be on show for that day, there will be a full entertainment package for that day.

In addition to the usual DJ, there will be live performances from the dancing girls and there will be appearances by the cowboys and Indians; the clowns and the blue ribbon.

There will also be a grand bingo right after the game.

However, one week before that, on Sunday 14th December, the semi finals will be held at the hard times Playing field. That should be a very exciting day with Empire taking on butlers in match one which is scheduled for 12.30 pm and right after that, the JAHBASS international team takes on TRASH DEM OUT.

Herbert also used the opportunity to thank all of the individuals and businesses who have come on board to make the tournament a success.
