All Stars seniors whip Juniors

(Sports) The Pennyless All Stars cricket club resumed the series of matches normally played between their senior and junior teams on Sunday 10th November.

The match was played at the ET Willet Park.

The Junior team batted first and scored 130 for 9 in 20 overs: Ross Powell top scored with 28; Philo Wallace got 21 not out and Saeed Williams 14.

Gerard TRINI Charles got 3 wickets; Anand 2, Patrick Newton 1 and Deondre Newton 1

The senior team got to the target very comfortably—131 for 3 in 17.1 overs: Tonito Willet 58 and Buoy 40*

The senior team winning by 7 wickets.

It is understood that a similar match will be played this Sunday-17th November at the same venue.
