Accident In Old Road

(ZIZ News) — The police are investigating the circumstances that led up to a truck running off the road near Old Road Bay.

The incident occurred on Tuesday at around 3:40 pm.

ZIZ’s cameras caught footage of the truck shortly after the impact which severely damaged the front of the vehicle.

According to police reports, Clifton Lagan was driving towards Basseterre when his vehicle slid, hit the wall and ran off the road into a shallow ghaut.

Lagan was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
