Winds: East at 10 – 18 mph, reaching as high as 28 mph during showers, as well as over open  waters and in elevated areas. Wind will shift to the East-northeast by tonight. 

Seas: Not exceeding 1.5m or 5 ft. 

Weather Forecast for St. Kitts & Nevis: Partly cloudy skies in general, with periods of  increased cloudiness and a 60 percent or moderate chance of brief passing showers. 

Weather tonight: Partly cloudy skies with a 50 percent or moderate chance of brief passing  showers mainly after midnight. 

Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Across the eastern Caribbean from the British Virgin  Islands southwards to Trinidad & Tobago, we can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with a high  chance of showers across the British Virgin Islands, Trinidad & Tobago and the southern  Windward Islands and a moderate chance of showers elsewhere. This is due to moisture and  instability associated with a weak trough lingering across the area, along with available low-level  patches being transported over and around the islands on a moderate to fresh trade wind flow.
