SKN Students Can Stay In U.S.

Basseterre, St.Kitts , July 15  2020 (ZIZ News) Students from St. Kitts and Nevis and other countries who are studying in the United States won’t have to leave the country if their college or university switches to online classes in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

According to CNN On Tuesday A federal judge in Boston announced that The Trump administration rescinded its policy that would bar international students who only take online courses from staying in the US.

The decision comes a little over a week after Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced that students at schools offering only online courses due to the coronavirus pandemic would need to either leave the US or transfer schools.

According to the report this change only affects students that are already studying in the United States.
