Prime Minister Harris announces Double Salary

Basseterre, St. Kitts, September 30, 2019 (ZIZ News): Some good news for civil servants this Christmas. Prime Minister Dr. Hon Timothy Harris has announced a double salary payment in December.

He made the revelation during a diaspora consultation in Miami on Monday night.

He said the regular payment of double salaries has been a result of the government’s fiscal management, which was also responsible for funding other major projects.

Prime Minister Harris was accompanied by Minister Of Public Infrastructure, the Hon Ian Liburd, and Attorney General The Hon Vincent Byron.

The meeting was broadcast live on ZIZ TV and was streamed on the ZIZ Facebook page.
