Concrete Truck overturns by the Sand Box Tree in Cayon

ZIZ News…Nov. 26, 2012 — A concrete truck overturned on its side while leaving Cayon in the vicinity of the Sand Box tree at around eight o’clock on Monday night.

The truck was traveling South towards Basseterre when it overturned.

The driver of the truck escaped without injury and the truck was slightly damaged.

Oil was seen running from the engine as the truck rested on its side to the left or seaside of the road.

A number of persons gathered at the scene while the police had to control the flow of traffic and carry out their investigation into the accident.
