- 3 December 1972 · ZIZ Television beginsUnder the guidance of Mr. Eustace John, ZIZ Television officially begins programming, joining the number-one media house in the Federation on Cable Channel 5.
- The People's station · Television about the peopleZIZ TV becomes the community station — its programming is about the people of St. Kitts and Nevis as a nation, with consistent coverage of Carnival, Tourism Month, Independence, the Music Festival, village festivals and Culturama on Nevis.
- From 8 hours to 24 · Round-the-clockBroadcast hours grow with the needs of the Federation — now 24 hours daily, with ninety percent of programming produced locally to keep viewers informed, educated and entertained.
- Regional reach · CMC & CBMPZIZ Television is a member of the Caribbean Media Corporation (CMC) network and the Caribbean Broadcast Media Partnership (CBMP), bringing news of major Caribbean events, issues and programmes from around the region.
- The vault · Archive from the 1970sWith valuable archive material dating back to the 70s, ZIZ showcases the history and the economic and infrastructural development of St. Kitts and Nevis from 12 midnight to 4 p.m. each day.
- Live and local · News at 7, and moreA LIVE Evening News broadcasts daily at 7 o'clock, alongside live local shows through the week — In-Focus, Telecomms Talk and Action Sports on Tuesday, and The People's Show on Wednesday.
