Destruction of seized cocaine as ordered by the court

ZIZ News…Sept 17 2012 — In keeping with the court order of the Presiding Magistrate, the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force Drug Unit on Saturday 15 September 2012, destroyed confiscated drugs seized on Saturday 1 September 2012.

Vincent Clerice of Marigot, St. Lucia was convicted on 5 September 2012, for importing 134.108 kilograms of Cocaine in the Federation.

The destruction of the drugs in undisclosed area was witnessed by the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force Public Relations Officer, Inspector Lyndon David, Members of the Drug Unit, Crime Scene Officer, the Government Analyst, and the local media.
