Court Convictions (February 18, 2014)

(ZIZ)– Micheal Phillip of Molyneaux Village was convicted for armed with offensive weapon which was committed on 8th August 2013, and placed on a bond in the sum of $2000.00 for a period of twelve (12) months to keep peace and be of good behaviour.

Sheldon Augustus of Molyneaux Village was convicted for Simple Wounding which was committed on 8th August 2013 at Molyneaux Village, and placed on a bond in the sum of $2000.00 for a period of twelve (12) months to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

Elvert Davis alias “Ellie” of Old Road was convicted for Indecent Language and Insulting Language which were committed on 12th June 2013 at Old Road, and fined $600.00 for each offence which are to be paid by 28th February 2014, or will serve thirty days (30) in prison with hard labour.
